18 Holes With My Wife's Sister: a decade of defeats and a rained-off bet

What is 18 Holes With My Wife's Sister about?

Diana has watched the same faulty swing for ten years, and out on the course she finally steps in close to fix his grip, promising that nobody can see them.

For ten years Diana has beaten her sister’s husband at golf, and for ten years he has sworn that he will take her down one day. His wife Tessa has started to suspect he loses on purpose. This round the carts are paired differently: Brad goes with Tessa, and Diana rides with her brother-in-law, criticising his swing and keeping score of every excuse he makes.

The bet is the engine of 18 Holes With My Wife’s Sister. Diana proposes that the winner of the next hole decides what the loser has to do, and she makes it plain she already knows what she will ask for. Each pointer about grip becomes a reason to stand closer, the other cart drifts out of sight, and the husband catches himself looking at her in a way his wife would not forgive. The official premise hints that the spouses have plans of their own as well.

Episode 1: Ten straight wins and counting

18 Holes With My Wife's Sister, episode 1 · open to anyone, no login

A decade of losing to Diana on the golf course is the narrator's opening confession, and today, he adds, she has abandoned fair play. Tessa jokes that she makes a better wife than golfer, Brad tells him she is a lost cause, and Diana steps up with ten straight wins and counting. Then the carts are sorted, and Brad announces that Tessa is riding with him.

That leaves the narrator in a cart with Diana. He repeats his old promise to beat her someday, and she passes on Tessa's theory that he loses on purpose; if he did, he says, he would lose better. She warns that his grip will cost him on the seventh, moves in to correct it and tells him the others cannot see. Then she names the bet: on the next hole, the winner decides what the loser does.

Episode 2: Shelter in the cart barn

A shout from the other cart asks what is keeping them, and Diana covers by saying she is only giving a few pointers. Brad is waiting, they are told. The narrator shakes on the wager, and before long Tessa and Brad call it a day and set off for the clubhouse. Diana waves them on: she and her brother-in-law still have a game to finish.

He edges one hole ahead and confesses inwardly that Tessa would never forgive the looks he keeps giving Diana, who promptly catches him staring a second time. Heavy rain is on its way, the cart barn is nearer than the clubhouse, and they run for cover. With the round over, a tie is declared. Diana wants her prize regardless, says she has waited much too long, and promises things her sister cannot offer.

What will Diana's prize be now that the bet is tied?

When the free episodes end, Tessa and Brad have gone to the clubhouse, and Diana has made her intentions plain in the cart barn while the rain comes down. The bet that drove the round has no winner, yet she is collecting on it all the same. The premise also promises that the spouses are up to something by the 18th hole, a thread the free episodes do not show. Everything continues in episodes 3 to 5 on Candy AI.
