Candy AI, and behind it EverAI Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Malta and entered in the Malta Business Registry under number C107181. The company name and address appear in Candy AI’s terms of service and privacy policy, which is what you would expect from a real business rather than a pop-up site.

This guide is independent of Candy AI. We earn a commission on some links, which never changes the price you pay.

Is Candy Shorts a scam?

No. You can watch the free episodes without paying, and what you pay for is shown before checkout. The scams sit around it:

• Look-alike domains that copy the Candy AI log-in page.
• “Candy Shorts” apps and APKs that do not come from Candy AI.
• Leak and “free full episode” sites with fake players and card forms.
• Sellers of accounts, token codes and lifetime passes.

Billing and cancelling

• Plans are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly and renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time under Settings, then Unsubscribe. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Unused subscription tokens expire when that period ends.
• Refunds must be requested within 24 hours and are refused once more than 20 tokens have been used. EU and UK users also have a right of withdrawal on the first purchase.

Privacy and discretion

Your account, viewing history and payments are handled by Candy AI, so its privacy policy is the document that matters. This site never asks for your details and does not see what you watch.

For your own discretion, use a personal device, sign out on shared ones and choose a password you do not use anywhere else. After the first charge, look at how it is labelled on your statement so it never takes you by surprise.

Age checks

Candy Shorts is for adults only. Under Candy AI’s terms, nobody below the legal age in their country may sign up, and the company can ask you to prove you are an adult. Every character in the series is an adult too, and the creator series use likenesses made with the agreement of adult creators.
