My Wife's Best Friend: a college bestie who hears everything from Anna

What is My Wife's Best Friend about?

The husband knows the famous face before anyone makes introductions, and Anna shrugs it off, since to her this is just her college bestie, nursing a bad breakup and staying all week.

Anna leaves for work in the morning and will not be back before six. Her husband works from home, which means the house belongs to him and to Riley, the friend from college who has turned up nursing a broken heart and a past in adult films. Anna insists that career is over. Riley sounds less certain, admitting she has thought about a comeback, and she greets the news of his home office as company for the day.

What gives My Wife’s Best Friend its edge is that Riley holds the marriage’s secrets before the husband has said a word. Anna confides in her about everything: the long dry spell between the couple, and the one drunken night when one of Riley’s old films was playing. That knowledge turns her questions into traps. Every protest he makes, about privacy or loyalty, meets a guest who already knows the answer.

Episode 1: Back by six, play nice

My Wife's Best Friend, episode 1 · open to anyone, no login

The husband freezes when he sees who has come to stay: the guest is Riley, Anna's college bestie and, in this story, a world-famous adult film star. Anna waves it away, saying Riley has quit that business, and the two friends trade hugs and promises that each missed the other more. He mutters that she is even more striking in person.

Anna introduces him as a probable fan, and his stammering only proves her right. Riley mentions that although she has left the industry, a return has been on her mind. Then Anna heads out, promising to be home at six and telling the pair to play nice, and Riley, learning that he works from home, decides they will keep each other company.

Episode 2: What Anna already told her

My Wife's Best Friend, episode 2 · free once you sign up

Alone with him, Riley wants to know when he and Anna last slept together. He calls that private, which hardly matters, since Anna has kept her friend informed and Riley knows the answer is ages ago. She also knows about the night the couple, a few drinks down, put one of Riley's videos on, which he insists was a one-off.

Riley takes the story as flattery and tells him what Anna noticed that night: his attention was on the screen, not on his wife. When she moves in close he reminds her that she is Anna's best friend. Exactly, she answers, and best friends share. The episode closes with her promising he is about to feel what he has only ever watched.

Will the husband hold out until Anna gets home at six?

The free episodes leave the husband with nowhere to hide. Riley knows about the cooling marriage, the drunken night and where his eyes went, and Anna is gone until evening. What remains open is whether he keeps refusing, whether Anna's habit of telling her friend everything works in both directions, and what the rest of Riley's week under their roof will bring. The story continues in episodes 3 to 5 on Candy AI, and this page goes no further than episode 2.

Anna, Riley and the husband are all fictional, all adults and all generated by AI.

On screen this is Riley Reid's digital twin, produced by AI with the creator's consent, rather than the creator in person. The Riley Reid Candy Shorts page lists the twin's other series and explains how twins work.
